We return or exchange unused, custom-made products or exempted instruments that do not meet customers' expectations. Due to the increased likelihood of pathogenic contamination carried by instruments used in surgical research procedures, sterilization of all instruments returned to Barishan Medical is mandatory prior to shipment.
